This is a motion reproduction tool that can replicate the standalone operation of transport robots. It collects communication data from transport robots used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacturing equipment, and other control devices, and by describing that communication data in Excel sheet cells (in a recipe-like manner), it enables arbitrary operations such as single-axis motion, sequence motion, and repetitive motion of the transport robots.
